Lois Laverne Schultea

February 3, 1927 - October 8, 2012




Lois Laverne Schultea, 85 of Bryan, passed away peacefully Monday, October 8, 2012 at Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility.




Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway in Houston. A funeral service will be held at 10 am, Thursday, October 11, in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven.




Lois was born February 3, 1927 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Cecil Eugene Bray and Elsie Beulah (Bell) Bray.




She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Weldon James Schultea.




Survivors include her daughter Linda Elaine (Schultea) Longoria; and sons, Tom David and wife Marian, John Robert and wife Becky and Steve Daniel and wife Cherie; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.




The family would like to thank the staff of The Carriage Inn, Bluebonnet House and Hospice Brazos Valley for the special care and comfort given to Lois and her family.
