Mable LeAnna Walker McGowan, 64, of Cameron, Texas, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012. A Visitation and Wake are scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, October 12, at Jerusalem Baptist Church 800 North Orchard St. in Cameron. Services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, October 13, also at the church. An interment will follow at Cameron Rest Cemetery.
Mable is survived by two daughters, Ella Hardman Hurt and husband, Kenneth Hart, of Cameron, LaWanda Hardman Falls and husband, Clifton A Falls, of Columbus Ohio; one son, Michael Hardman, and wife, Lisa Hardman, of Temple, two sisters, Buelah Thompson Patterson, and husband, Freddie Patterson, of Dallas, Carolyn "Lois" Thompson, of Dallas; one uncle, Chester Thompson and wife, Bobbie Thompson, of Temple, one niece; Alfreida McMillian, and husband, Fredrick McMillian, of Rowlett, one nephew, Patrick Owens and wife, Sheniqua Owens, of Mesquite, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three great- nephews, one great-niece and three special friends, Georgia Young, Ruby Holt and Ynell Spells, and her grand-pup Zhyon….aka "Z".
