Carla Jean Johnson, 50, of Bryan, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012, at her residence with her family by her side. A graveside service is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Greer Cemetery in Madison County, with a viewing prior to the service. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Arrangements are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.




Carla was born October 27, 1962, in Bryan, Texas, to Lee and Euwyn Pegues, and she has lived here ever since. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.




Survivors include her husband, Joe Muras; daughters, Jennifer Stewart and husband Tommy Jr., Megan Johnson and husband Travis Teague; parents, Lee and Euwyn Pegues; sisters, Wendi Brewer and husband Chris, Beth Pegues; and her ex-husband, Billy Johnson.
