Marcus Derell Carroll Burns

October 21, 1981 - January 6, 2013




Marcus Derell Carroll Burns, 31 of College Station passed away January 6, 2013. A public viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, January 13, at Allen Dave Funeral Home, 100 South Main Street in Caldwell.




Marcus leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Letisha Mckee; two daughters, Marcayla Carroll and MarKyizja Carroll; six sons, Daylen Mack, Markedreon Burns, Martreveon Burns, Marquaylon Carroll, Mardarreon Burns and Kaleb Carroll; three stepdaughters, Chastity Howard, Makayla Howard and Akela Mckee; his mother, Valerie Carroll and husband Darrell; father, Kelvin Burns and wife Sheila; stepfather, Vincent Hornsby; two sisters, Portia Wyatt and Ka'Leah Burns; a stepbrother, Le'Darren Bosley; grandparents, Aleane Burns, Malvin and Shirley Carroll; a host of cousins, two of whom are his best friends, Antwon Heslip and Aaron Watson; six uncles, five aunts; his nephew, Dallas, and numerous friends.
