The family of Joe H. Mitchell would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mark Florian, and his team at Texas Home Health Hospice for the superb care they gave Joe over the last year. Several nurses came and cared for him including Tammy, Jill and Andrea, but it was Susan & Shamone who cared for him sometimes on a daily basis.
And for William the Chaplain that was with us until Joe was taken home.
Joe loved these people and had a priceless bond with them.
