February 15, 1961 – February 10, 2013




Lynn Sarah Russell, 51, formerly of Bryan, passed away in her home in Mabank, Texas. A private graveside service will be held for the family. Service arrangements are in the care Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.




Lynn was born to Joseph Schaffner and Lois (Pratt) Schaffner in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated high school and attended college. Lynn had a passion for loving and caring for her pets.




Survivors include her parents, Joseph and Lois Schaffner; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan Benditz and husband Dale, Rachelle Giddens and husband James; her nephews, Preston Benditz, Nicholas Benditz, and Joseph Giddens; her nieces, Kate Benditz and Jillian Giddens; and other relatives.
