Sandra (Ramirez) Salcido

Sandra (Ramirez) Salcido, 33, of Bryan passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Funeral Services are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 26 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Patrick Ebner Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m, Monday, February 25 with a Rosary at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.




Born March 14, 1979 in Galveston, Texas, Sandra was the daughter of Jesse Vela and Sylvia Ramirez. She loved her family dearly and was very devoted to their well being. She enjoyed fishing and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Sandra could often be heard singing and dancing and loved to make people laugh.




She is preceded in death by two uncles.




Sandra leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Sylvia Ramirez and Jesse Vela; husband Nathaniel Salcido; two sons, Merjildo "Nano" Ramos, and Nathaniel Salcido Jr.; three daughters, Elizabeth Ramos, Zoe Salcido, and Isabel Salcido; four brothers, Steven Vela and wife Britney, Joe Luis Becerra, Nikolei Becerra, and Jesse Vela Jr, and wife Lauren; two sisters, Corina Vela, and Martina Jimenez; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
