Dr. Diane Weber, 72, passed away May 1, 2013. A memorial celebration will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at her home in Catskill, N.Y.

A librarian and scholar of medieval literature, she earned a B.A. from SUNY Geneseo, a MLS from SUNY Geneseo, and a PhD from Texas A&M University.

She was the devoted mother of Aysa Morehead and her husband Ron of Catskill, and Chris Weber of Seattle; loving sister to Roberta Alden of Tampa and Douglas Looms of Colorado Springs; and doting grandmother of Tegan and Willow Morehead, and Joshua Lindenmayer.
