William "Billy" Peacock, 54, of Navasota passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013 at his residence. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, with family present at Nobles Funeral Chapel.




Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 31, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Levi R. Gillespie officiating.




Mr. Peacock was born in Taylor, Texas on Monday, September 14, 1959, the son of William Edward Peacock and Anna Flo (Salyer) Peacock. Billy married Linnie Mae Gillespie on July 13, 1978, in Anderson. He worked as a truck driver and was also involved with the Grimes County Little League Association. He enjoyed softball, fishing, hunting, camping, spending time with his family and most of all, loved coaching softball.




Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Linnie Mae Peacock; daughters, LeeAnn Peacock of Navasota and, Kathy Seaton and her husband Bobby, of College Station; sister, Tehama Storey and her husband James of Navasota; grandchildren, Hannah Seaton and Meagan Seaton of College Station; nephew, Bryan Storey and wife Mandi of Electra; niece, Tricia Storey of Snook; aunt and uncle, Gloria and Paul Karkoska of Millican, and many more loving, extended family members.
