Mr. Doris Wilson Sr. 96, of College Station passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014 at Jones-Washington Mortuary. Services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Edward Collins, officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Ledbetter, Texas.

Mr. Doris Wilson was born on May 14, 1917 in Ledbetter, Texas to Hugh Wilson and Etha Riggins. He enjoyed taking care of his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; spouse, Rosie Mae Wilson, three sisters, five brothers, one daughter, one grandson and one great-grandson.

Survivors include sons, Doris Wilson, Jr., Herman and Eliza Rasteen Wilson, Hugh and Stella Wilson; daughters, Dorothy and Earl Rainwather, Gertrude Wilson; brother, Vernell and Helen Wilson, sister, Lucille and Lessly Bradshaw, eighteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, eighteen great- great-grandchildren.
