Lily is a quiet and sweet child who plays well with others. Lily likes Sponge Bob, playing the piano, camping, fishing, painting and Princesses. Lily is a happy child and is making 'A's and B's in school. Lily makes friends very easy and is able to maintain a positive relationship with children and adults.
Aydin is a curious, social child once he feels safe with a person. Aydin cares about his siblings and his caregivers. Aydin enjoys playing with his siblings and other children, Aydin's behavior is much better when provided a structured environment and follow through. He is a very active child and can be strong willed at times. He will require someone who can advocate for his needs as well as support continued therapy for him.
Alexander is a very smart child who gets along well with his peers He does really well with reassuring physical contact and this calms him down a lot. He likes to hold someone’s hand or leg when in stressful situations.
Both Alexander and Aydin love to go camping and fishing. They enjoy riding their bikes and playing with each other and other children in the neighbor as well as at school. They enjoy playing board games, coloring and playing with their cars and other toys.
Characteristics Family Desired:
The family for these children will need to be patient, nurturing, supportive, and have a lot of energy. The family will need to have some type of experience in working with children or raising children with various needs. The family should be able to advocate for the children’s needs as well as support the children in their individual therapeutic needs. It is going to be a requirement that therapy and possibly some family therapy with the family be started immediately. The children should be the youngest children in the home.
