Denver is extremely outgoing, has a wonderful personality and is always smiling. He is friendly and enjoys playing basketball and riding his bike. He really enjoys playing video games and reading comic books. Denver is a polite young man who is extremely inquisitive.

He has language and learning challenges and retention problems which cause him to become frustrated at times. Denver tries very hard to do well and please others. He likes helping around the school when asked. Denver receives special education services and has been working hard on improving his reading skills.

Denver enjoys going to school and says when he grows up, he would like to be a mechanic. His foster parents note Denver is an active child and likes to dance. They are teaching him how to two-step which he really enjoys but he can be a little bashful. He really wants to be adopted and is excited about finding a forever family.

Characteristics of Adoptive Family Desired
Denver needs a very structured home with experience with a child who has special needs. Denver will need a family who will be patient and have unconditional love with clear rules and boundaries.
