The man behind the Ohio murder of a former College Station resident could get the death penalty.
Terrance Hough, Jr., 36, was convicted Thursday of three counts of aggravated murder and two counts of attempted murder. On the murder convictions, the jury added specifications which allow consideration of the death penalty.
A Cuyahoga County prosecutor said Friday the State of Ohio will argue for execution during the punishment phase of the trial which begins Tuesday.
Hough, a former Cleveland firefighter, shot and killed former College Station resident Bruce Anderson, 30, and two others at a July 4th party at an Ohio home. Two other guests were also shot but survived.
Police say Hough, who lived next door to the home, was angry over loud music coming from the party.
