A second report of an attempted child abduction in Willis has Montgomery County authorities on the lookout.

Tuesday, a mother told sheriff's officials her five-year-old son was approached by a woman driving a red Toyota 4-Runner at Ridgecrest and Lake Conroe Hills. The woman reportedly asked the child to get in her car, but when the mother started to approach the car, it drove off.

A similar incident on Hickory Lane was reported to the sheriff's office Sunday

If you have any information, you're asked to contact Montgomery County's sheriff's office.
