One man is is dead following an accident at a major intersection in Bryan.

It happened at William Joel Bryan and Villa Maria around 3p.m., Saturday afternoon.

Police said 75-year-old Robert Fuller of Hilltop Lakes died at the scene.

Police said Fuller had been riding a motorcycle westbound on William J. Bryan, when he struck a vehicle on Villa Maria, pointed in the direction of Blinn College.

Norma, my prayers and thoughts are with you and your entire family. You know that Bob was someone very special to my sons and me. He will forever be in our hearts as he was a truly great friend. May you find peace in all your hearts and know that he is riding in the sky and looking down on all of us.

My thoughts and prayers to the family. it sounds like he died doing something he enjoyed.still riding at a ripe age. my thoughts and prayers also to the driver of the car. i know how he/she must feel. it was an accident but you hurt just as much as the family of the victim. i say we all need to slow down, pay more attention to the road, traffic lights, stay off the phone when driving, and leave in plenty of time so were not tempted to speed. we cant do anything for the victim but lets pray for the driver to find peace.

I knew this man he he was very sweet. I ask all of you motorcyclist please wear a helmet. I don't know if he was wearing one or not. Taking away the law of helmets not being mandatory was crazy. Please wear helmets when riding. My god be with the family.

May God grant your family the strength to find Peace, Peace in knowing that you are with your heavenly father, Peace in knowing that you will ride with your brothers for eternity, and Peace knowing that they too, though many years from now, will see you again in Heaven. God Bless You, Your Family, Your Friends, and your Brothers. "Blessed are the Peacekeepers, for they shall be called the children of God" - Matthew 5:9,,, Ride on brother Slider, Ride on............

My heart goes out to my dear neighbor and her family. Mr. Fuller was a wonderful and generous man, it saddens my heart to see Mrs. Fuller and her family dealing with such a tragedy. I will greatly miss him and his smile.

I used to ride, but it became too dangerous. One of the reasons that vehicles don't respect motorcycles is (something I NEVER did) because they will, at times, go between lanes of cars in slow traffic, just to get ahead of them or go around a car to turn at a corner, no to wait their turn. STOP IT! It creates disdain for you and all motorcyclists by car/truck drivers and they fail to respect riders. It is the foolishness of a few (you know who you are) that create the danger for the rest of us.

Auto drivers... please, put down the phones, turn down the music, and PAY ATTENTION! There are more and more bikes on the roads these days and car drivers rarely pay them any attention to them as some have already stated. When you shut the door to your car/truck you are NOT in your own world, you're driving through all of ours, please be careful for the sakes of everyone on the roads.

This is so sad! People need to be more careful! Automobile drivers need to be more aware of the motorcycles on the road. I have saw several instances where cars just pull out in front of motorcycles and it was just like they either didnt look, or they are not paying attention. I have family that rides motorcycles, so I always watch for them. People, please it only takes a second for you to take a second look and be sure that traffic is clear, and it could save a life, maybe yours!

May God bless his family during this tragic time. It is very important for cars and truck to realize that now more than ever they have to share the road with motorcycles. My husband and I ride just to relax and never without a helmet but it is amazing to see how people will treat you. As though you are not even on the road. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SHARE THE ROAD!!!
