Its her first time on the big screen and she came home to Bryan to watch the premiere and sign autographs.

"I looked at everybody and I was just wow these people are all here to see me," said Raini Rodriguez.

The 15-year-old moved to Hollywood four years ago to pursue acting, and it paid off. She plays Kevin James' daughter in the new film "Paul Blart: Mall Cop."

Raini says its a long way from her first gig: a health insurance infomercial.

"That was all in Spanish and i don't know Spanish, so my first job of course had to be in Spanish. I don't know one lick of Spanish at all, like I'm really bad at it."

Before long, Raini was auditioning for other roles, like a cameo on the Disney Channel's "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody."

"It said that I was going to have to kiss Zack," said Rodriguez. "It was my first kiss ok, I have to say that now. It was pretty good, I mean how many girls get their frist kiss by Dylan Sprouse. It was pretty awesome. We did it 6 times, but I mean I wasn't counting or anything..

Years ago, Raini wasn't counting on seeing herself in movies

"I mean that just doesn't happen," said Rodriguez. Like I said, it just doesn't happen, especially for somebody from such a small town."

Chances are, viewers can count on seeing her in one again.

"I feel like I'm trying to bring Bryan back on the map and I just, I want to thank everybody for all their support," said Rodriguez.

Raini's younger brother has also appeared in films, and has a recurring role as "little guillermo" on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

You and Rico have been an inspiration to Kayla. She enjoys being on the lookout for both of you in film and on TV. That makes her want to work that much harder to one day join you. She loves her cousins.

Raini and Rico, we love the both of you. Keep going for your dreams there in Hollywood. You both have already accomplished more than you thought you would. Don't listen to any of the bad criticism. THAT is one thing that this world has a lot of and needs a lot LESS of!There are a lot of people in this world who need Jesus in their life. And when they find Him, they will realize that not everyone can do what you do. Maybe then, they will begin to support instead of criticize. In some ways, we are living our dreams through you. We are so proud of the both of you. I know I speak for the whole family when I say that we all miss you and Tia Diane. But, we fully understand and support your work and accomplishments. Just don't forget to send me a ticket when you are nominated at the OSCARS!! Love you! Take care and may God bless you all!!

To "who Cares": It is always great news to hear of someone making an accomplisment in their lives, and since these children are from Bryan of course they would do a story on it. Movies were invented to tell a story and give us some entertainment, after we leave the movie theatre, we are then back into the real world and all its craziness, so for me going to the movies is a good thing.Lighten up you might see things differently. You nor I can solve all the problems in this world.
