A fatal accident near Somerville claims the life of a 19 year old.
Officials say Dillon Gene Powell of Lyons was driving east bound on county road 423 early Sunday morning when he lost control of his vehicle.
The drivers side of his vehicle hit the tree.
DPS is investigating whether alcohol was involved
