The death of a man in Washington County is now being investigated as a murder.
Sheriff investigators say the body of Vincent Gourley, 46, was found Friday afternoon lying on the floor inside a Chappell Hill home. It's not known if Gourley was living at the residence or visiting.
Authorities have not released the cause of death.
