The fire danger continues throughout Texas.

A fire broke out Sunday in Leon County north of Midway and southeast of Centerville, according to the Texas Forest Service. It was 90 to 100 acres in size and have plenty of fuel to keep it going.

By 5 p.m. Sunday evening, the fire was 90 percent contained, with two tractor plows responding from TFS.

There is good news from Bastrop County, though. The fire that broke out a week ago is 100 percent contained as of 6 p.m Sunday evening.

It's been a multi-state effort, as an Alabama crew helped Texans with the fire Sunday.

By Friday, the state believes the fire will be fully controlled.
