Traffic came to a stop for about an hour east of Carlos on Highway 30, after a double-wide mobile home that was being towed became stuck on the Gibbons Creek bridge Monday afternoon around 2 p.m.
An official with the Grimes County Sheriff's Department says, movers had to jack-up the mobile home so it could clear the bridge.
The roadway has been cleared and motorists are once again able to freely travel that stretch of highway.
There were no reported injuries and the bridge did not sustain any structural damage.

That home may have been mobile, but it looked like a regular frame house to me. You're supposed to check ahead of time to make sure you can clear bridges, overpasses and utility lines.
