Two men are dead after what deputies are calling a murder suicide along I-45.

It happened near the Centerville exit at the Beaver Creek bridge.

Leon County deputies say the pickup truck the men were in rear ended a car between 10 and 11 Sunday night.

According to authorities, one Hispanic man shot a second Hispanic man with a shotgun before turning the gun on himself. One man was found dead on the scene and the other died on the way to St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Madisonville. Alcohol was found inside the truck.

As a result of shooting, a driver swerved and hit another vehicle causing another accident. No one was seriously hurt in that accident.

The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
