Navasota -- Navasota baseball player Derrick Hadley signed a national letter of intent Wednesday to play baseball at Texas A&M.
Hadley has started for the Rattler baseball team since he was a freshman. He was named the district 24-3A defensive player of the year last season.
Signing with the Aggies will help Hadley live out a dream and play at Texas A&M. "I've always wanted to play baseball. I want to go on to the next level after college too but A&M is a pretty good baseball program so I hope I do well there."
Hadley was also recruited by Sam Houston State, Rice, Texas Tech and Texas State.
