TO: Concerned on Dec 4, 2009 at 04:29 PM Yes it does snow in Texas, you are absolutely right, but not in this part and not everyone gets to the parts of Texas where there is snow. BUT you are absolutely WRONG about the people that live here in B/CS not being originally from here....There are thousands of Native B/CS folks here!! Bryan is my home from the day I was born til the day I die....God Bless B/CS and all our residents! Happy and Safe Holidays to All!!

Although I'm usually a satisfied customer, I would like to send out a huge BOOOOOOO to Lifetime Health (off Tarrow and University). Around 4:00 I parked my car and walked to their door, wearing a thin jacket and feeling fine. There was a slight breeze, it was partly sunny, it was 40 degrees F. They had closed the office at 2:00 for "bad weather". THERE WAS NO BAD WEATHER. Just an excuse to go home early and inconvenience customers.

I currently live in Brenham but am originally from Colorado. It BARELY snowed in Brenham. The whole shutting down of everything was a clear overreaction. The roads were simply wet. No ice, no accumulation of snow, not even on the grass. The judgement to shut down everything was ridiculous.
