The event will take place in downtown Bryan Saturday, February 9, 2013 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ambrose Furniture Works.

HOSTS ITS FOURTH ANNUAL DOWNTOWN LOVE RUN
BRYAN, TX –The Junior League of Bryan-College Station is thrilled to announce its Downtown Love Run fundraiser. This year’s Downtown Love Run includes a 5K Run and 3K Family Fun Run. The event will take place in downtown Bryan Saturday, February 9, 2013 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ambrose Furniture Works.
Registrants of the event will run or walk a mapped course highlighting historic downtown Bryan and the newly renovated business district. Both the 5K and 3K courses are open to participants who want to run or walk, and may be completed with the use of strollers. A map of the scheduled downtown course is available at www.jlbcs.org, along with information about registration. There is a $30.00 fee for the 5K Run for adults (age 10 and up) and $20.00 for children. The 3K Family Fun Run fee is $20.00 for adults (age 10 and up) and $15.00 for children. Montelongo’s Fine Jewelry has donated Luminox watches, valued at $350 each, as well as $500, $250, and $100 gift certificates for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female winners for both races.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the work and mission of The Junior League of Bryan-College Station to support the children and youth of our community.
