Empires Fall

The George Bush Foundation will host a staged reading of "Empires Fall," a play by Robert Lawson with Marlin Fitzwater. "Empires Fall" is centered on the relationship between President George Bush and General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev after the fall of the Berlin Wall and before the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The Texas A&M Performance Studies Department will give the performance.
This program is a ticketed event. Free tickets will be available beginning February 18, 2013, at The Bryan/College Station Eagle at 1729 Briarcrest Drive, KBTX at 4141 East 29th Street, the Bryan/College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau at 715 University Drive East and the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Acceptances only by February 25, 2013. Dress is business casual. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. Invitation must be brought to gain admittance to program. Each invitation will admit two individuals. Parking is free and available in lot 41 and 43.
