Police: Man Arrested for Exposing Self to Juveniles

Reporter: College Station PD Press Release
On 6/16/12 at approximately 1527 hours, College Station Police responded to the 2700 block of Longmire Dr in reference to a disorderly conduct call. Upon arrival, Officers learned that a male had intentionally exposed his genitals to a group of juveniles with the intent to arouse or gratify himself and/or the juveniles. During the investigation, Officers located the suspect and subsequently arrested him for four counts of Indecency with a Child.
The male was identified as
Frank Alan Stortini
42 years old
College Station resident
Indecency with a Child-Exposure is a Third Degree Felony punishable by a term of two to ten years imprisonment and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
