Blaming it on a black man is getting old. Reminds me of Susan Smith the woman in South Carolina who drove her car into a lake with her children inside and blamed it on a black man.

Everyone knows what CHL stands for... "Conductive Hearing Loss". Yes, if he didn't have CHL, he does now. Shooting a gun inside a house is loud, very loud, not like on TV.

To the "Bob" person, you don't need a CHL to protect your home. Review the Castle Doctrine Law. You only need a CHL when you're carrying in public were permitted.

Seriously? Who are the parents of the 20 month old? Why on earth would they leave a baby in the care of this man? If they know him well enough to trust leaving their baby with him, they would know him well enough to know he drinks alot and is mentally unstable and still chose to leave their baby with him. The parents need to be charged too IMO.

and who left this child with him? Very sad - and prayers for this baby that he/she's parent has better judgement in the future.
