Amber Alert Cancelled, 2 Texas City Children Found Safe

Karly Tatum Morris, 8, and her brother Terry Anglin, 5, were in the front yard of a house near 25th Street and 37th Avenue when they went missing at about 6:30 p.m., Texas City Police Chief Robert Burby said.
Both children were reportedly found safe with a relative.
