Construction Projects Closing Some College Station Streets

Several road construction projects are closing some College Station streets.

Starting Monday morning, the northbound lanes on Spring Loop, from University Drive to April Bloom, will be closed for repairs from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The closure will be in effect both Monday and Tuesday. Southbound lanes will remain open during that time.

Meanwhile, at 8:30 Monday morning, TxDOT will close the right lane of University Drive west, from Stansey Street to Wellborn Road.

This closure is necessary to complete roadway and pedestrian work on the north side of University Drive between Tauber and Boyett. Boyett at University will be open, however College Main between Church and Patricia will remained closed.

The Lodge - Patricia Street intersection will remain closed until the new intersection is constructed.

This work is part of the 3.7 million dollar FM 60 Project contracted to Knife River.
