Send CS Police Arrest Man for Indecency with a Child

A College Station man has been arrested, accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old girl.

Robert Cooper III, 23, is charged with indecency with a child.

Police say they received an assault complaint early this morning at a residence in the 400 block of Marion Pugh Drive in College Station.

Cooper was arrested soon after, and as of Friday afternoon he was being held at the College Station jail.

Indecency With a Child (PC 21.11): A person commits an offense if, with a child younger than 17 years of age, whether the child is of the same or opposite sex, the person: engages in sexual contact with the child or causes the child to engage in sexual contact.
