New Banners Go Up at Kyle Field

Texas A&M's Kyle Field is getting a Maroon Out makeover of sorts Friday and Saturday, and there's no question it's the Home of the 12th Man.

One-hundred-foot-long "Home of the 12th Man" banners were placed on the west side of the stadium Friday in preparation for the upcoming season, the first in the Southeastern Conference. The Bubble creative agency out of Fort Worth is hanging 15 banners around Kyle Field.

On the east side, 60-foot-long player banners are being hung, including one for A&M Heisman Trophy winner John David Crow.

A&M football banners will also be seen on the south end zone bleachers. Workers hope to finish the work by Saturday.

The Aggies open the SEC football season against Florida at Kyle Field on September 8.
