Details are emerging about the local impact of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's Operation Log Jam that took place in late July.

Operation Log Jam was a nationwide crackdown on the synthetic drug industry.

Conroe police say a raid on a home Montgomery netted more than 800-thousand-dollars in cash and seized property.

On July 25th, deputies say officers searched a house in the Crown Oaks subdivision and recovered a large amount of contraband alleged to have been purchased with money made from the sale of synthetic drugs.

More than $800,000 in cash was found in the residence.

Authorities with the D-E-A also confiscated an Escalade, a Hummer, and multiple watercraft believed to be purchased with drug money.

More than 90 people were arrested nationwide as part of Operation Log Jam.

It was the first-ever nationwide law enforcement action against the synthetic designer drug industry, which includes products known as "bath salts" and K2.
