Two men accused of murdering a Navasota liquor store owner in a robbery three years ago were indicted this week.
26-year-old Christopher Boulds and 20-year-old Joshua Dewayne Ragston were indicted by a Grimes County Grand Jury. Both were arrested in June after eluding police for nearly three years.
Navasota Police found 57-years-old Don Stolz, owner of Stolz Package House #2, dead inside the store on July 17, 2009 after responding to the robbery call.
Boulds could face the death penalty if convicted. Ragston could face life in prison.
