Man In Custody After Barricading Himself Inside Waco Home

WACO (January 17, 2012) -- Waco Police have a man in custody after he barricaded himself inside a home.

A standoff between the man and police started just after 11:00 p.m. Wednesday night in the 1400 Block of Howard St. In Waco.

Waco Police say Woodway police chased a man in a stolen car into Waco.

The man's car crashed and he took off running.

The man barricaded himself inside a home where several people were inside.

The people inside the home were safely removed.
