Cold Torments 'Sandy' Survivors

NEW YORK - Some Northeast residents are spending this morning thawing out pipes because of the freezing cold.

They're victims of October's Superstorm Sandy and they've been trying to get by with propane heaters because some of their utilities still haven't been restored.

Eddie Saman, who lives on New York City's Staten Island, says he's been sleeping in a tent because Sandy left a gaping hole in his roof.
