Consol baseball sweeps Dallas Jesuit to stay alive in playoffs

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- After falling at Dallas Jesuit Friday night A&M Consolidated beat the Rangers twice Saturday to win the series 2-1 and advance to the 5A Region II Quarterfinals against fellow 12-5A member Temple.

Consol won game two 7-4 and run ruled the Rangers 15-4 in the second to complete the comeback.

All four 12-5A teams move on to the regional quarterfinals.
