Bryan softball blows out Belton to win series 2-1

WACO, Texas -- Bryan took care of 12-5A rival Belton 11-2 in the deciding third game of their 5A Region II Regional Quarterfinal series Saturday at Baylor's Getterman Stadium.

With the victory the Lady Vikings advance to the Regional Semifinals against Klein Collins. All three games will be played at the Bearkat Softball Complex on the campus of Sam Houston State in Huntsville.

Game 1: Thursday, 7 pm
Game 2: Friday, 5 pm
Game 3: Friday, 7 pm (if necessary)

Klein Collins beat Oak Ridge to advance.

Temple and The Woodlands is the other regional semifinal matchup.
