At Tuesday's city council meeting, two agreements were signed off on that would bring Best Western to Bryan.
The city will provide $466,000 in incentives to the hotel and land development partners as part of the deal. Boonville Hotel would receive $100,000, while Five Ags Investment would receive $366,000.
The hotel will be situated along Highway 6 just south of Booneville Road between McCoy's Lumber and Tom Light Chevrolet.
Part of the land development deal includes the extension of Austins Colony Parkway by Five Ags.
At least 85 rooms and 3,000 square feet of meeting space will be housed at the hotel according to the agreement.
