With Texas A&M freshman on the way back to Aggieland, the fish will be able to feed on some local food.
Freebirds World Burrito is offering up free burritos to the incoming class, and is encouraging camp counselors to promote the offer.
Freebirds is expecting to serve up to 2,000 students during this offer, which runs from through September 30.
“In our 17 years in College Stations, we’re honored that Aggies and their families have embedded us into the social and academic framework of the community,” said Alan Hixon, COO of Freebirds World Burrito in a statement. “Academic and social activities tend to work up an appetite and we’re thrilled that Freebirds has become a traditional eating spot for students and their families.”
