A College Station realtor has been honored by her peers for her contributions to the industry.
Sarah Norman was the recipient of the Texas Association of Realtors Distinguished Service Award this month at the association's five-day convention in Galveston.
Norman is a realtor with Ashford Square Realty.
“Twice, Sarah has been honored with the local REALTOR® of the Year award," said Brent Riethmayer, President of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS. "To date, she is the only person who has received that prestigious award twice. I am in awe of how she is capable of doing all she does."
Ed Berry, Executive Vice President of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of REALTORS added, “Sarah has been very active in the local, state, and national real estate organizations. She also volunteers her time for local charities and church activities. Her vast experience in the real estate industry and her positive ‘Let me help you’ attitude make her a valuable resource for me and for REALTORS® at all levels. We are fortunate to have her as one of our members. Sarah truly is deserving of this state-wide recognition.”
The Texas Association of Realtors touts itself as a non-profit professional membership association with more than 90,000 members.
