Beginning Salary: Negotiable Travel Required: 50% Duties: Responsible for developing training tools and training staff on Agency policy and procedures related to practice management and using the electronic practice management system to maintain compliance with Federal and State initiatives and health care delivery models followed by the Agency. This position will exemplify the customer serve goals of the HealthPOINT philosophy, the goals of Optimized Comprehensive Clinical Care (OC3), and the standards of Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH). Education, Skills & Work Experience Required: Associates degree in Health Administration OR extensive prior exp.with electronic practice management system and training may substitute for degree. Exp. in healthcare administration with staff training experience, general computer expertise (proficient in Microsoft Office), exp. in performing quality assurance monitoring. Optimum: Train the Trainer Certification from eClinicalWorks. Licenses, Certificates or Registration Required: Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
