Clinic Manager – Provide oversight, direction and supervision to the daily operations of a large family practice clinic including lab, adult & pediatric, phone bank, front desk/registration, case mgmt and medication assistance program. Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations; assist with patient care; analyze clinic flow; evaluate processes; and assure adherence to policy, procedures, regulations, & standards. LVN or RN valid TX license, 2 yrs healthcare supervisory exp.; excellent communication skills & valid TX driver’s license required.
