Responsibilities:  To accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implements sales and managing.  Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements  Determines annual and gross-profit plans y forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies: recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.  Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans Qualifications Requirements: • 5+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Skills Abilities:  Knowledge in SAP software  Sales and Marketing executive needs to possess excellent verbal and written communication  Needs to have good selling skills and should have a pleasing personality  Be very persuasive, adaptable, innovative and problem solving  Must have active contact with major Retail market (Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger, HEB, Sam’s, Costco, Walgreens, CVS, etc.)  Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines  Should have a very good formal presentation as he may have to present our product to potential buyers.
