Dallas Makes List of Top 20 Most Frugal U.S. Cities

They know how to spend wisely and get the best bang for their buck.

Frugal shoppers are a plenty, but according to Coupons.com most live in the south.

Residents of Atlanta used the site's online coupons more than any other city in the country. Tampa residents placed second.
Cincinnati came in third. The only Texas city to make the cut, Dallas, coming in at number 14.
