This week country music, and the world of music as a whole felt the heartbreaking loss of country great George Jones. Artists across genres have been extending their condolences and acknowledging all of the influence he held on their careers. The loss was especially felt in the country music community, evident this last week on artist Twitter pages.

Randy Rogers was among these, and even dedicated the encore of their April 30th Dead Day performance and album release at Hurricane Harry's to Jones. Never Got Around to That was an homage, in the form of a traditional waltz, to Jones' kind of country music, as Randy told the audience of a couple thousand Aggies, and also is the last track on their newest release, Trouble.

The album as a whole stays true to the characteristic RRB sound, with a good balance of songs of love-gone-wrong like If I Had Another Heart, and love-going-right like Goodbye Lonely. There is definitely a song for any and every mood you could possibly be in. I may be a little biased..I am after all the girl who preordered the album, including a vinyl copy. But trust me when I say it's worth a listen, and may just make a new fan out of you.
