(USA Today) - Frank Ocean wants Chris Brown prosecuted over that Sunday night brawl in a West Los Angeles parking lot.

Brown is serving five years probation for assaulting his on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and risks having his probation revoked should charges be filed.

Reuters reports that no charges have been filed yet, but Ocean "is desirous of prosecution in this incident," says L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

In the scuffle on Sunday, sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a fight involving six men. The deputies cited witnesses as saying that Brown, 23, punched Ocean, 25, during the altercation. An investigation is underway.

Ocean, 25, said on Twitter on Sunday night that he "got jumped by Chris and a couple guys." He said this resulted in a cut finger.

Brown has yet to comment. But he apparently is feeling crucified by the reports. On Monday, he posted a photo on Instagram of Jesus on the cross with the caption, "Painting the way I feel today."

TMZ says neither Brown nor Ocean did any actual fighting, according to surveillance video. Their posses did all the punching.

Brown and Ocean are both nominated for best urban contemporary album at the Grammys, which take place on Feb. 10 in L.A.
