BRYAN - The City of Bryan says a man severely injured earlier this week during an accident at BTU's Atkins Power Plant remains in critical condition.

Earle Robinson is a Production Support Operator for the utility company - and has worked for BTU for 13 and 1/2 years. He is being treated at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston's Medical Center.

A BTU representative says the fire broke out in one of the combustion turbines, with the arc carrying around 69,000 volts. The Bryan Fire Marshal is looking into the cause of the accident.
