Conor Kennedy and Taylor Swift’s blossoming relationship has moved from cute-and-growing to down-and-dirty in just a matter of weeks.
Last week the 22-year-old platinum country music singer was accused of crashing Conor’s cousin’s wedding. Her rep, Paula Erikson, refuted to the claims insisting the “Love Song” singer was invited. However, days later, Kathie Lee Gifford spoke about the incident on the Today show confirming reports that she was in fact asked to leave and refused.
It was this incident that has caused the Kennedy family to slowly shift away from approving of Swift’s relationship with Conor and are now planning on “freezing her out,” according to a new report in National Enquirer.
A source reveals that Maria Shriver and Caroline Kennedy are no longer OK with the blossoming relationship, and due to the events, plan on breaking the two young lovebirds up.
The source states, “Maria and Caroline both think that Taylor is moving in on RFK Jr.’s barely-legal son way too fast. They see her as a ruthless social climber who will stop at nothing to become part of America’s most famous family.”
According to the report, Maria and Caroline are hoping this is nothing but a “summer fling” with the source adding, “Once the traditional Kennedy clambakes and summer boating parties settle down, they intend to freeze Taylor out of the social scene. They want her to go back to Nashville and let Camelot be!”
