Bryan Ranked as One of Texas' Most 'Cowboy Cities'

BRYAN On the eve of the Texas Reds Festival in Downtown Bryan, the city has earned the distinction of being one of the state's cowboy cities.

Bryan ranked fourth on Movoto Real Estate's rankings, which takes into account number of western wear stores, steakhouses, American truck dealerships, country radio stations and rodeos per capita.

Bryan ranked first in the western wear and rodeo categories. For every 38,101 residents of Bryan, there's a western wear store. Plus, for every 76,201 residents, there's a rodeo.

Odessa ranked third on the overall list, with San Angelo second and Tyler at number 1.
