When Carrie Underwood was performing during her Blown Away tour stop in Louisville on Saturday night, she saw a boy in the crowd holding up a sign that said, "Will you be my first kiss?"
She invited him -- Chase -- on stage, noting that "my husband (Mike Fisher) is somewhere in the building -- maybe backstage -- and might be looking for you later."
Then the 29-year-old singer made the 12-year-old's dream come true, adding that he was way ahead of her. She got her first kiss at 14.
"How are we gonna do this?" she asked him.
"Lip to lip," he replied.
Then she planted the briefest peck on him, and vowed, "That's never gonna happen again."
